What card types can I process?
Transact Fast has a global footprint for card acceptance with many countries supported and 120+ currencies being processed today. TransactFast helps process the following card types:
- INTERAC Online (Canada only)
- China Union Pay
How long does it take to receive my money?
In most circumstances, merchants can expect payout within 24 – 48 hours after the transaction has settled.
Does Transact Fast use tools to combat fraud?
TransactFast uses sophisticated, anti fraud tools, which can help protect you from fraudsters targeting your merchant site. TransactFast is able to filter based on 100,000+ transaction rule combinations, among some of them:
- Address Verification
- CVV/CVV2 validation
- Digital finger printing on devices
- Bank card number range
- IP address
- Card number velocity
- Proxy addressing
How do I update the bank account that my deposits are sent to?
Please call Customer Service at 866.518.2202, and you will be sent an account update form.
How long does it take to get set up?
It typically takes 2 business days to get approved for your merchant account. The time it takes to get set-up also depends on how quickly you follow up with answering any questions from the Underwriting Department and faxing the required paperwork.
What is the maximum amount I can process per transaction?
By default, a single transaction cannot exceed $750 USD. If you require a merchant account for high ticket items exceeding the default, contact us.
Does my merchant account have a monthly volume cap?
Yes, most merchant accounts will have some form of volume cap. If your monthly sales exceed the volume cap of a single merchant account, we will work with you to split your sales into several merchant accounts.
